ABOUT US

  • Support the implementation of a comprehensive go‑to‑market strategy for the Hungarian market
  • Contribute to the planning and management of print mailings, catalogs, and marketing materials in Hungarian
  • Build and optimize online sales channels (webshop, email marketing, marketplaces where applicable)
  • Identify and leverage local advertising channels (print, digital, TV/radio, social media)
  • Manage local media buying and agency relationships

Operations & Customer Management

  • Set up and lead local telesales operations (outbound & inbound)
  • Set up and guarantee a high‑quality customer service experience in Hungarian

  • Collaborate with local service providers (postal services, logistics, fulfilment, call centres)
  • Establish efficient processes for order processing, payment management, and accounts receivable

Strategy & Market Development

  • Market analysis: competition, target audiences, market potential, and regulatory environment in Hungary
  • Build a local network (suppliers, service providers, associations, media partners)
  • Contribute to budget allocation for the Hungarian market
  • Team building: recruit and lead a local team as required
  • Close collaboration with central departments (Marketing, Logistics, IT, Purchasing, Finance)
  • Regular reporting and alignment with the Brand Owner of the coin business

YOUR PROFILE

Essential Requirements

  • Native Hungarian speaker with excellent command of German and/or English (written and spoken)
  • Several years of professional experience in direct marketing, mail order, e-commerce, or a comparable industry
  • Proven track record in marketing physical products through both print AND online channels
  • Experience in building and/or managing operational structures (call centres, shipping, customer service)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset combined with a hands-on approach
  • Resident in Hungary, ideally in the greater Budapest area, with an established local network

Desirable Qualifications

  • Experience with collectibles or numismatic products, or a strong affinity for this segment
  • Knowledge of the Hungarian media landscape (print, TV, digital)
  • Experience in launching a new market or establishing a country operation (greenfield)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation, and ERP systems
  • Knowledge of Hungarian legal and tax requirements in e-commerce
  • Leadership experience and team-building competence

WHAT WE OFFER
